†`b) the officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur Police
Station to register the complaint
(Awf‡hvM †jL‡Z) as a
first information report (FIR).
In the case, several unnamed (†ebvwg)
top police officials and other government officials have also been made accused (Awfhy³
Kiv n‡q‡Q), Mamun Mia, a lawyer for the
complainant (ev`xi AvBRxex), told The Daily Star.
The complainant was not the relative

victim (fy³‡fvMx), he filed the case voluntarily (‡m”Qvq), he added.
